So far, Sliver’s nifty little eye-trick only works on animals. Humans are much more mentally complex (well, most of them anyways), and thus harder to have an effect on.

And what is it exactly that Sliver was able to do? …The answer will (slowly) be revealed as the story progresses. 🙂
